Government Service Notification

Government Service Notification is a mechanism that used to notify consumers, about important   changes or updates of government Web Service(s) .

Government Service Notification  is implemented based on Web Service Brokered Notification.

How to use Government Service Notification?

Notification Consumer Requirement:

1. Consumer should implement NotificationConsumer Web Service that receives NotificationMessege.
2. Consumer should subscribe to receive Notification Message from Publisher (Another Government Web Service) through NotificationBroker Web Service.

Publisher Requirement:

1. Publisher should register what topic(s) it wishes to publish with a  NotificationBroker.
2. Publisher should publishes a NotificationMessage to the  NotificationBroker, using Notify service operation. Then  NotificationBroker will deliver NotificationMessage to any  NotificationConsumer identified by subscription which match the publication.
